This expedition is special not only in destination and research opportunities but also in the range of adventurous activities available. There will be two distinct phases of expeditioning that will see you participate in a sea kayak journey around the coast.
Your second phase will allow you to get your feet on dry ground and head to the mountains and glaciers to obtain a mountaineering skill set to collect land based data for you fieldwork projects.
No previous experience is needed for this expedition but there will be the opportunity to participate in more advanced paddling if you develop to the required standard.
