BSES Expeditions has a proud history of successful youth exploration. Since 1932, we have worked closely with all types of schools and other youth organisations from across the UK and overseas to provide both adventurous and educational expedition opportunities for individuals from all walks of life.
We are committed to the personal development of young people. We work in partnership with other organisations such as the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme, Queen’s Scout Award and the John Muir Award.
All our expeditions have a focus on environmental science and we collaborate with a wide range of research institutions. This gives young people the opportunity to experience field-work first-hand and bring classroom learning to life, as well as contribute meaningful research to the wider scientific community.
