Leader Fund
As an organisation with almost 200 volunteers we aim to recruit the very best Leaders in their field to enable us to develop leadership skills in all of our Young Explorers. Unlike many organisations that pay, BSES Leaders contribute the cost of their flight as well as a payment of £200 towards their food whilst on expedition.
We recognise that many of our most proficient Leaders face difficulties in raising the funds to cover the cost of their flights and food and we seek your support to enable some of the country’s most inspiring Leaders to work with our Young Explorers.
